We strive to recognize the intersectionality between identities, work toward equity, make space to celebrate one another, and create space for everyone to feel like they belong. oSTEM (Out in STEM) is a student organization devoted to the professional, social, and academic development of its members. It is an entity for STEM students and their allies in all STEM related fields, programs, and majors at UGA. More importantly, we help members reach their fullest potential while remaining authentic to their identity.

We offer three student-led support groups. These groups aim to foster community and provide peer support. Meetings are typically held bi-monthly, with the frequency adjusted based on the needs of the students.
