Dr. Mary Caplan

Dr. Mary Caplan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work. She is an affiliate faculty member in the Institute for Women’s Studies and a fellow with the Center for Social Justice, Human and Civil Rights. Dr. Caplan teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on social policy, conducts research on poverty, and has over 20 years experience in the human services. She can help you locate and navigate through support services aimed at mental health on-campus and locally.
